I lead the Debt & Special Situations practice for EY in India.

I have led multiple engagements – both as Advisor and as Interim Management – focused on Special Situations, Crisis Management, Hyper growth, Liquidity Management & the Turnaround of companies in the retail, industrial products, infrastructure and automotive components space.

My functional expertise in the Transactions space includes Due Diligence, Deal Advisory and Post Merger Integration services. I have led due diligence teams advising International Clients on many Domestic, Inbound and Cross Border mergers and acquisitions, private equity placements and AIM listing transactions.
